Peter Schulz

studied theater studies, German and musicology at the University of Mainz, assisted from 1995 to 1997 at the Theater Am Turm in Frankfurt with Michael Laub and Jan Fabre and later with Sasha Waltz in Berlin. From 1997 to 2004 he directed the Mainz university stage Theater in P1 and was a guest at various festivals with his first performance productions.
He has been working with Nic Schmitt since 2000. As Contemporary Theater Forms Team they have been realizing under the label ever since Schmitt & Schulz numerous performance projects and guest appearances.
In 2007, together with Nic Schmitt, he founded his own play and production site pad (performance art depot), since then he has been managing artistically, curatorially and organizationally together with Nic Schmitt.
